Steps

  1. 1

    Oil 3 tablespoon, karahi pata 5_8(mustard,mathi,kalonjee,,ajwain, sunf in sab ko mila 1teaspoons lay Len) aur in masala ko karhi pata ka sath golden karein.

    Pher 4 boil patato chop kar ky dalen,1cup boil chany,kuti lal mirch 1 tablespoon, haldi powder,namak according to test, mix achar 3 tablespoon, 2 glass water dalkar cook karlen.

    Kachori Filling
    Masoor ki daal 1 cup,garlic 3 cloves, haldi half teaspoons, 1cup water dalkar paka len daal ma jab pani dry hojay to flame band kardaiñ is me 1 teaspoons khutti lal mirch or half teaspoons gram masàla or namak according to your test mix karlain.

    *Kachori dough** Maida half kg,salt 1tablespoon, ghee 3 tablespoon, white zeera 1 teaspoon, ajwain half 3/4.in sub ingredients ko hatho se achi tarha se maslein phir in ko thande pani se gound lein phir small paray banna kar is me daal fill kardenor dubara paray ki shakal de kr hatho pr achi tarha oil lagy parayko hath pr rak kar kachori ki shape dain or deep fry kar Len now kachori is ready.
