Shishito Peppers Chili Peppers with Korean Miso Shishito Peppers Chili Peppers with Korean Miso
My mother used to make this all the time when I was a kid. My little brother and I both loved this, but sometimes there would be a really really spicy shishito pepper, which would cause an uproar. So my mother made it with bell peppers. You can also make this with Manganji chili peppers, Fushimi peppers, or any non-spicy peppers! The shishito peppers taste best when tender, but if you boil them for too long the flavor will change, so please be careful. If there are small shishito peppers, you don't need to cut them, just use them whole. It'll still taste good if you use green bell peppers cut into the same size as the shishito peppers. If you like spicy foods, use chili pepper! Recipe by Heartful Kitchen Rei cookpad.japan -

My bento didn't have any greens, so I whipped this up with what I had on hand.Cutting the peppers along the grain makes them more palatable. For pepper lovers, cut the peppers anyway you like. After the mayonnaise is added, quickly transfer to a plate or else it'll become sticky. Recipe by soratea cookpad.japan -

Chili for my Dad, with Pablano Peppers Chili for my Dad, with Pablano Peppers
This chili I used pablano peppers in it. I usually like hatch, jalapeno, or cayenne peppers in it. This chili I made for my Dad, he is not doing so good these days. He cannot eat spicy food and he love beans in his chili. He ate a whole bowl full of this recipe with some cornbread!!!! 😁 Happy Days!!! skunkmonkey101 -
My Family Recipe of Meat-Stuffed Green Peppers My Family Recipe of Meat-Stuffed Green Peppers
I've always eaten meat-stuffed peppers this way since I was little! It's my mom's recipe! When removing the seeds from the green peppers, make sure to do it gently so the peppers don't break. The meat won't hold in the pepper cups. When frying the stuffed peppers, the meat falls apart easily, so be gentle when flipping the peppers over. Recipe by Nassan cookpad.japan -

Baked BBQ chicken with Peppers & Onions Baked BBQ chicken with Peppers & Onions
I was looking for something quick, simple & easy to make with what I had in the house for some picky eaters. I prefer to bake chicken to make it healthier. I served this with a side of mac n cheese and corn muffins, but the sides are endless. Great alternative if you don't have a grill or its still too chilly to cook outside. Marinating the chicken helps make it moist and full of flavor, so even if you want to start the night before and let it set, you can absolutely do that too! You can use whatever color pepper you like, and make it your own. Hope you enjoy this as much as I did! Kasey628 -

I don't like to over cook the peppers, I like to keep them crunchy. So adjust cooking time accordingly. Melanie Kis
