Take A deep bowl put the wheat flour, salt and red chilli and pour oil mix well with your fingers and then knead A soft roti type dough with water. Add little water everytime.

Now let it rest for 10-15 minutes then take round balls and roll roti type normal size paratahas and roast on A hot flat pan. Apply ghee while roasting on both sides and serve hot with any type if raita or curd.

For raita take a deep bowl.full of water and soak the boondi in it.for 15 minutes. Meanwhile take the curd and blend it well add only 1/4 cup water, black salt, black pepper powder, cumin powder and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
