Ingredients

  1. 100 Gramwheat flour
  2. 2 Tablespoonred chilli powder
  3. 1-2 Teaspoonsalt
  4. 4-5 Tablespoonoil for dough
  5. 2-3 Tablespoonghee for roasting
  6. For raita
  7. 100 gramBoondi namkeen
  8. 3 cupscurd
  9. to tasteblack salt
  10. 1 Strandfresh coriander leaves
  11. 1 Teaspooncumin powder
  12. 1/2 Teaspoonblack pepper powder

Cooking Instructions

    Take A deep bowl put the wheat flour, salt and red chilli and pour oil mix well with your fingers and then knead A soft roti type dough with water. Add little water everytime.

    Now let it rest for 10-15 minutes then take round balls and roll roti type normal size paratahas and roast on A hot flat pan. Apply ghee while roasting on both sides and serve hot with any type if raita or curd.

    For raita take a deep bowl.full of water and soak the boondi in it.for 15 minutes. Meanwhile take the curd and blend it well add only 1/4 cup water, black salt, black pepper powder, cumin powder and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
