We hadn't eaten red meat in a while, but we took the opportunity to enjoy it and present it on Cookpad's red carpet. And of course, we can't miss the little salad to get our veggies for the day! 🙌🏻😍

Ingredients

25 minutes
2 people
  1. 1 1/2 cupscooked broccoli florets (about 150 grams)
  2. 4chicken sausages (about 170 grams)
  3. 1 cupgrated carrot (about 100 grams)
  4. 1 cupchopped lettuce (about 100 grams)
  5. Spices to taste
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 9 ouncesbeef flank (about 250 grams)
  8. Ranch dressing to taste

Cooking Instructions

25 minutes
  1. 1

First, slice the beef flank into strips and season with salt and spices to taste.

  2. 2

In a large non-stick skillet over medium heat, spray a little olive oil or lightly grease with a paper towel. The idea is to use as little oil as possible. Place the beef strips and sausages in the skillet. Cook for a total of 8 minutes (4 minutes per side), or longer if you prefer them more cooked. Set aside.

  3. 3

To plate, start with a bed of lettuce, then add the grated carrot and broccoli. Drizzle with dressing to taste, and top the salad with the beef strips and sausages. Enjoy! 😊
