Cooking Instructions

Boil the eggs. remove the shell. Pierce the egg with a fork.

Heat a pan.add 1 tablespoon and fry the eggs until it becomes light golden colour.

Take out the eggs on a plate. Add chopped onion, garlic, ginger and chilli in to grinder's jar.grind it. Similarly, make the paste of chopped tomato.

Add 2-3 tablespoons oil the same pan, add cumin seeds, bay leaf and cinnamon. Saute it for 1 minute. Now add onion-ginger garlic paste in a pan.mix it.

Add 1/3 tablespoon salt,1/3 tablespoon turmeric powder,1/2 tablespoon coriander powder,1/4 tablespoon garam masala and 1/2 tablespoon Kashmiri red chilli powder.

Mix it well. Saute it for 3-4 minutes. Now add tomato paste into the mixture.

Mix it.saute it for 2-3 minutes until it starts leaving oil from the gravy.

Now add fried into gravy. Mix it well. Add some water. Cook it for 3-4 minutes.

At last, add chopped coriander leaves mix it. Egg curry is ready to serve.
