Ingredients

  1. Cabbage 1 medium size
  2. 1heaped spoon schezwan
  3. 1 tbsginger garlic paste
  4. 1 tspvinegar
  5. 1 tspsoya sauce
  6. 1 tbsred chilli sauce
  7. Salt as required
  8. 1 tspRed food colour
  9. 2 tbscorn flour
  10. 2 tbsall purpose flour
  11. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Finely chop cabbage then add all ingredient together... Ane keep a side for 1/2 an hour

    Now add corn flour and all purpose flour

  3. 3

    Heat oil on medium to high flame now make small ball size pakodas and fry till crispy..... Enjoy with schezwan Or tomato sauce
