Cooking Instructions

In a pan add almond and dry roast on low flame for 4-5 mins. Keep aside.

In a pan dry roast oats, sunflower, pumpkin flax, chia seeds separately on a low flame.

Combine all ingredients in a blender jar. Grind to get a fine powder. Seive the powder if required. Store this in airtight container.

Take 1 scoop of powder in a blender add 2-3 soaked dates, 1 tsp peanut butter and 1 cup milk. Serve cold or room temperature.

For vegan diet - Add water while grinding the almonds to make instant almond milk.
