Purple cabbage roll

First sauté the cabbage with salt and ginger garlic paste.

Now add capsicum cook till half done. Once cooked half done add peri peri powder and mix well.

Switch of the flame and add oregano flakes.Mix well.

In a blender jar add kabuli chana cooked and soaked for 8 hours with pudina jeera green chilli and salt. Make a smooth chuntey. Then add lime juice and mix qell. Now on a roti spread the chuntey over that purple cabbage mixture and the two sauces.Roll and hold it with a tooth pick and serve hot.
