Add 1 Tbsp Ghee in cooker. Add Jeera Seeds, Sesame Seeds, Asafoetida. Let it crackle. Add multi grains and roast on low flame for 10 minutes.

Add spring Onions, Spring Garlic, Carrot, Peanuts, Gram Masala, Salt, and roast on low flame for 5 minutes.

Add around 2 bowls water and cook on medium flame. For 10 to 15 minutes (4 whistles).

Yummy khichdi is ready to serve.

Serve hot with Kadhi, pickle
