Ingredients

  1. 1 BowlBajri (Chadeli Bajri)
  2. 2 TbspJowar (Chadeli Jowar)
  3. 1 TbspRagi
  4. 2 TbspTuvar Dal
  5. 2 TbspGreen Mung Dal
  6. 1 BowlRice
  7. 2 TspPeanuts
  8. 1/2 BowlSpring Onions
  9. 2 TbspSpring Garlic
  10. 1Carrot
  11. 1Potato
  12. 2 TspGaram Masala
  13. 2 TspGinger Garlic Paste
  14. as per tasteSalt
  15. for crackle
  16. 1 TspCumin Seeds
  17. 1 TspSesame Seeds
  18. PinchAsafoetida

Cooking Instructions

    Add 1 Tbsp Ghee in cooker. Add Jeera Seeds, Sesame Seeds, Asafoetida. Let it crackle. Add multi grains and roast on low flame for 10 minutes.

    Add spring Onions, Spring Garlic, Carrot, Peanuts, Gram Masala, Salt, and roast on low flame for 5 minutes.

    Add around 2 bowls water and cook on medium flame. For 10 to 15 minutes (4 whistles).

    Yummy khichdi is ready to serve.

    Serve hot with Kadhi, pickle
