  1. 50 gmGhee ,6tbsp melted
  2. 3 tbspCorn flour
  3. 1/2 tspBaking powder
  4. For dough
  5. 60 gmGhee
  6. 100 mlwater
  7. 250 gmMaida
  8. Knead a hard dough

    Mix ghee,cornflour and baking powder very well and keep in fridge for 20 min.

    Knead a smooth n hard dough and rest for 20 min.

    Now take two small pieces of the dough and colour it with red and green.

    Now roll out thin the rest of the dough and put the coloured pieces in oblong direction.

    Now roll it tight in a roll shape

    Now cut in to one inch pieces add another on top and press to make design from sides.put filling of khoya and badam pista in between.

    Deep fry in hot ghee.

    Add in the sheeran made with 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water.
