    Chia lemon detox drink (fat-burning drink)
    firstly, soak 2 tsp chia seeds in 1 cup water for 10 minutes.

    Take the soaked chia seeds in a tall glass.
    add 2 cup water, 1 tsp honey and 1 tsp lemon mix well.

  3. 3

    Finally, enjoy chia lemon detox drink and (fat-burning) drink early in the morning.
