With store-bought teriyaki sauce, this dish comes together in no time and tastes great.

Start heating water. When it boils, add as much rice as you want for a side. Cut the chicken into strips.

Slice the green onion into half-moons and add to a large skillet or wok (recommended) with oil. After a minute, add the chicken. Stir-fry.

Once the chicken is cooked, add the teriyaki sauce and a pinch of ginger. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes, stirring.

Drain the rice when it's done. Serve and enjoy!
