1. Rinse the turkey tenderloins, drain, and pat dry.
2. Marinate with all ingredients from B.
3. Cover and let sit for 1 hour or more. - 2
1. Chop green onions, ginger, and garlic as shown.
2. Slice asparagus lettuce and tofu as shown. - 3
1. Add 1/4 teaspoon salt and 2 teaspoons avocado oil to boiling water.
2. Blanch asparagus lettuce slices for 30 seconds and remove. - 4
1. Add oil to a pan, sauté green onions, ginger, garlic, and Sichuan peppercorns over medium heat.
2. Add broad bean paste and Korean sweet chili sauce, stir-fry for about 2 minutes. - 5
1. Add tofu, pour in enough boiling water, and cook for 4-5 minutes.

2. When the turkey slices turn white, gently stir with a spoon to mix evenly.
