Fresh Trofie Pasta with Cremini Mushrooms

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil for the trofie pasta.

In a skillet, heat the olive oil and finely chopped garlic. Sauté until softened, then add the cremini mushrooms. Season with salt, black pepper, and finely chopped parsley. Cook for about 10 minutes.

After this time, pour in the white wine and let it evaporate. Lower the heat and continue cooking.

Drain the trofie pasta while still al dente and add it to the skillet with the mushrooms. Add a little pasta cooking water, the butter, and toss to combine.
