Cooking Instructions

Soak rice and dals and methi for 4 hr. Grind to paste let it ferment over night

Prepare chicken masala.heat oil in a pan add onion and ginger garlic paste. Dry masala chopped carrots and tomatoes. Cook till soft and shredded chicken mix well add water if necessary and salt,beat a egg with a pinch of salt

Heat a tawa apply oil pour the dosa batter spread evenly now spread the egg batter than spread the chicken mixture.

Cook on both sides, serve it like sandwich.no need of chutney, for me
