Ingredients

  1. 1/2each Red & green bell pepper 🫑 { yellow & red also you can use I have no yellow }
  2. 1small Broccoli 🥦
  3. 150 gmFew thick paneer slices approx
  4. 1 cuprice boiled & cooked & cool completely
  5. 1 tbspjawar flour
  6. 1/2 tspginger 🫚 chopped / garlic 🧄
  7. 1/2 tsp Red chili 🌶️ chopped
  8. 1 tspchili flakes
  9. 1 tsporegano
  10. 1 tspwhite pepper powder
  11. 1 cupmilk
  12. Salt to taste
  13. 3 tbspoil
  14. Chopped coriander
  15. 1/2 tspSchezwan sauce { I don’t have so didn’t use }

Cooking Instructions

    In a pan add some oil add chilli flakes, oregano, fresh coriander and cooked rice, sauté it nicely & keep aside

    Vegetables preparation ~
    Add some oil in the pan and add paneer slices sprinkle some chilli flakes on the paneer & roast both sides until can see in pic

    Add some oil in the pan and put veggies sprinkle salt & pepper powder Don't overcook the vegetables, I cooked them only for 2-3 minutes

    In a pan add some oil and sauté some chopped garlic I used ginger & red chili no garlic } after that add 1 tbsp jawar flour saute it nicely and add milk 🥛

    Cook it for 1-2 minutes after that the sauce will become thick add some shezwan sauce along with some oregano, chilli flakes and salt after that add ; veggies mix it nicely and cook for 1 minute

    Now plate the rice as per your wish and enjoy you can see pic also how I serve
