  • 2 lbspork shoulder/butt
  • 5 clovesgarlic
  • 1small shallot
  • 2 Tbssoy sauce
  • 2 Tbsfish sauce
  • 2tsb oyster sauce
  • 1.5 tspchicken bouillon granulate
  • 1/2 tspmsg
  • 2 Tbssweet condensed milk
  • 2 Tbshoney
  • 1 tspground black pepper
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp5 spice powder
  • 2 TbsCooking oil

Steps

40 minutes

    Slice pork to thin pieces.

    Make marinade; in a blender combine all seasoning and blend to make marinade.

    Marinade pork with marinade. Let sit to marinate at least 10-15 minutes before cooking. Or cover to marinate overnight in the fridge.

    Air-fry 390F for 20 minutes. Turn to cook evenly after 10 minute. Can also grill or pan fry.
