Les Bugnes (French Donuts) Les Bugnes (French Donuts)
Let’s discover the world of French pastry one delicious recipe at a time and so far it has been great. The word bugne means "beignet" in French, which means donut in English, but don’t be confused they are not the same. They are an old pastry that existed already in Roman times and were consumed at the time of "caranval" or Mardi Gras & Fat Tuesday, the last day before the 40 days of Lent leading up to Easter. Almost every European country has its own version. I got to know this French version in the Pinterest and use google for translating in to English version with some modification to taste my buds.#mycookbook Lavender -

These Korean sticky rice donuts always bring me back to the time when I visited Korea. My husband and I picked some up from a street vendor while running errands together, and Ive loved them ever since! That was over 4 years ago and I’m not sure when we will be able to visit Korea again…. So until then I will make these Korean donuts at home. They are perfectly sweet and chewy and my husband says he doesn’t have a sweet tooth but whenever I make these donuts they are all gone in less than a daySo i guess he just has a sweet tooth for these donuts, but I can’t blame him they are absolutely delicious! French Cruller Donuts French Cruller Donuts
A no-yeast donut that is easy and fast to make. It is hollow on the inside but crispy on the crust. Having made out of the same pastry dough, it tastes just like cream puff but deep fried. 😋 Spoonful Passion -
