Ingredients

  1. 1 cupwheat flour
  2. 1small bunch methi leaves
  3. 2medium Muli(raddish)
  4. 1 tbskolhapuri red chilli powder
  5. 1/4 tspturmeric Powder
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1/4 tspcummin seeds
  8. 1/4 tspamchoor powder
  9. 1/4 tspchat masala
  10. 1 tspkalonji(onion seeds)
  11. Oil as required
  12. Ghee as required

Steps

  1. 1

    Take wheat flour in a bowl add little salt, oil, kalonji and make a dough. Keep for rest.

  2. 2

    Wash and chopped methi leaves

  3. 3

    Peel and grate raddish

  4. 4

    In a kadai add 1/4 tsp oil, crackle cummin seeds add raddish saute for a minute

  5. 5

    Now add methi leaves and saute for a min.

  6. 6

    Add all dry ingredients mix saute and off the gas. Let it cool

    Take a small ball from dough, roll it and fill the mixture and tightly cover all the parts.And make a ball.

    Roll into dry flour and gently roll with rolling pin on working platform or on chakla

  9. 9

    Roast on heated tawa from both the sides till crisp apply oil or ghee.

  10. 10

    Serve with pickle or with curd.
