Cut the bread sclice in to small pieces

Put oil or ghee in to the khadai

Oil or ghee become hot put dread and fry it till golden brown

Take out the fry bread and put it on the tissue paper for absorbing oil

Take a malai in to a bowl and put all chopped fruits,doodh masala and sugar (sugar adjust as per taste)

Now put these bread in to lukewarm sugar syrup for 1min and take out immediately

Mix it properly

Now spread the fruit cream on the bread (bread will not hot)

Garnish with dry fruits

Put it in to freeze for 3to 4 hrs

Seve the shahi tukha with fruit cream
