Steps

Heat oil..add mustard seeds..and curry leaves..then add onions, saute till light pink.

Add tomatoes..and green chillies saute..2 minutes.

Add socked poha, salt turmeric powder..black pepper powder, mix well.

Add vegetables and peanut, cover with a lid cook for 10 minutes.

In last mix lemon juice.

Serve healthy poha,. Garnish with coriander leaves
