  1. 1big bunch waterleaf sliced
  2. 2big bunch ugwu leaf sliced
  3. 1small bunch uziza leaf sliced
  4. 1/2 cupwashed bitterleaf
  5. 1 kgbeef
  6. 5scotch bonnet pepper blended
  7. 3 tablespooncrayfish ground
  8. 4 cubemaggi
  9. 1/4 cuppalm oil

    Wash and boil beef until tender for 20min,then add pepper,crayfish, maggi for 5min.

  2. 2

    Add palm oil after 5min add waterleaf allow to boil for 5min

  3. 3

    Add bitter, uziza, after 2min add ugwu stir and allow for 2min.

  4. 4

    Vegetable soup is ready.
