2big bunch ugwu leaf sliced
1small bunch uziza leaf sliced
1/2 cupwashed bitterleaf
1 kgbeef
5scotch bonnet pepper blended
3 tablespooncrayfish ground
4 cubemaggi
1/4 cuppalm oil

Wash and boil beef until tender for 20min,then add pepper,crayfish, maggi for 5min.

Add palm oil after 5min add waterleaf allow to boil for 5min

Add bitter, uziza, after 2min add ugwu stir and allow for 2min.
