Ingredients

2-3 servings
  1. for homemade mango squash syrup:
  2. 2mango puree
  3. 1 cupSugar
  4. 1/2 cupWater
  5. few drops Yellow food colour (0ptional)
  6. for squash:
  7. 2 tbspMango squash
  8. as required Ice chilled water
  9. as required Ice cubes (optional)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    For homemade squash syrup:Take a pan and add sugar and water to it.

  2. 2

    After that add mango pulp to the sugar syrup and cook it on slow to medium flame for 15 mint till syrup consistency.Allow to cool down completely.

  3. 3

    Store it in container. Can be stored in refrigerator for 1month

  4. 4

    Take a little amount of homemade squash syrup and add chilled water to it. You can even add ice cubes. Here I hvn't used ice cubes. Serve chilled..
