  1. Main ingredients
  2. 4big sized crushed potatoes
  3. 1 cupbadam/almonds
  4. 1 cupkaju/cashew
  5. 1 cupkismish/ raisins
  6. 1 cupmakhana
  7. 1 cupchopped dry nariyal
  8. 1 cuppeanuts dry
  9. 1 bowlbesan sev
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
  12. as neededOil for fry
  13. 4 tsp powered sugar
  14. 2 tsp chaat masala
  15. 1 2 red chillies
  16. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  17. 1/2 tsp haldi/ Turmeric powder
  18. 1/2 tspamchoor/dry mango powder

Cooking Instructions

    Peeled taw potatoes and crushed like below pic and wash 5-6 times properly.

    Paani se nikahr ke cotton cloth pe sukha do for 15 minute

    Powered sugar with salt

  4. 4

    Deep fry all nuts and stir in chalni

  5. 5

    Sev- half cup besan laker, usme haldi, salt,aamchoor,or red chillies add kerke dough ready kerke tight sa sev tod le kadae mein.

    Deep fry crashed potatoes till it became crunchy and stir in chalni

  7. 7

    Mix all ingredients in a big bowl and add all spices. Keep it open for 2-3 hr till it cool down. After that keep it in airtight containers for up to 2 months.
