  1. 3 cupsRice
  2. 1 cupUrad dal
  3. 6Boiled potatoes
  4. 1Onion
  5. 1Carrot
  6. 1/2 tbspTurmeric powder
  7. 1/2 tbspCoriander powder
  8. 1/2 tbspChilli powder
  9. 1 tbspmustard seeds
  10. As per taste Salt
  11. 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  12. Forchutney-
  13. 1/4 cupRoasted Peanut
  14. 1/4 cupRoasted Gram daal
  15. 2Roasted dry red chillies
  16. 1/2 cupCoconut
  17. As required Oil
  18. 1 tspMustard seed
  19. 2 clovesGarlic

Cooking Instructions

    Soak rice and daal overnight. Grind and let it rest for 3-4 hours.

    For stuffing take mashed potatoes. Heat a wok add oil mustard seed onion Ginger garlic paste spices add potatoes and grated carrot. Fry well.

    Heat griddle. Put batter and spread evenly. Add oil on it's side. Add masala and roll it properly.

    For chutney grind all the ingredients and then add the crackled mustard seeds.
