Cooking Instructions

Soak rice and daal overnight. Grind and let it rest for 3-4 hours.

For stuffing take mashed potatoes. Heat a wok add oil mustard seed onion Ginger garlic paste spices add potatoes and grated carrot. Fry well.

Heat griddle. Put batter and spread evenly. Add oil on it's side. Add masala and roll it properly.

For chutney grind all the ingredients and then add the crackled mustard seeds.
