  2. 1 cupSugar (to taste)
  3. 1 cupWater
  4. 1 tsplemon juice
  5. 1/2 tspCitric acid (tatri)
  6. For Puree
  7. 500 gmMango

    Wash,perl,chop mango.make puree in blender smoothly.if needed add little water.

    .boil water,add sugar.when sugar is dissolved completely add citric acid & lemonjuice.mango taste kar ky sugar add krain.if mangoes are too sweet lessen the amount of sugar.

    Add mango puree in sugar syrup.cook for 5 min so that mango paste blend together with sugar syrup.

    Remove from heat,leave to cool. Fill up any bottle with mango squash.it can be keep for a month or more.

    To make squash,take 1 cup squash in 1 litr water & mix well. Add ice cubes or serve chilled
