Plain Paratha
Cooking Instructions

Take a bowl add wheat flour, salt and oil in it. Mix it well. Add water as per requirement and make a soft dough. Keep aside for 10 minutes.

Grease your hand with oil and again knead the dough. Take small portion of dough, sprinkle flour on the rolling board make round Roti. Spread some ghee or oil over it.

Fold the Roti, From both the sides to give it square shape.

Put some dry flour and roll the square dough with rolling pin and make square shape Paratha.

Heat the griddle. Place the Paratha over it. Cook it from both the sides, until it becomes crispy by using oil / ghee.

Serve it hot, with curd and pickle.
