  1. 1 cupcornflour
  2. 1 cupsugar
  3. 1/2 cupghee
  4. 1/2 teaspooncardamom powder
  5. 2 tablespoonscashew
  6. 1 teaspoonalmond and pista
  7. 1 teaspoonlemon juice
  8. pinchorange food colour

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan put 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water.

    When sugar dissolves add cornflour liquid mixture (add food colour).

    Corn starch solution and stir it again as the corn starch settles down at the bottom, so you have to mix everything again before you add in the sugar syrup. Add lemon juice and stir continuously.

    Add cashew add ghee, stir add ghee 3 to 4 time and stir until release ghee.

    Grease the plate or tin or try with ghee and pour halwa.set in 1 hour.

    And its ready to serve.
