Banga soup

Cooking Instructions

Wash your palm nuts put it inside the pot and water and cook till soft.

When cooked till tender pour away the water then slightly raise it but it should till be hot, then pound it to remove the body from the nuts, add little boiled water to it to get the juice from it repeat the process for like three times, then the take juice and pour it inside your pot and bring to boil.

Add your bangs stick and continue to cook it when it's a little bit thick and your dry fish.

Blend your peppers, onions, crayfish and the banga spices, then add it to the pot and continue to cook it.

Add your fresh fish then your seasoning cubes allow to cook for like ten minutes then add in your beletietie cover and allow to simmer for few minutes check for your seasonings.

And it's down I serve mine with rice swallow

The palm tree is just amazing that you can get wine from it and it’s no low class wine either!
