Ingredients

Preparation time-2 hrs, Cooking time -30 mins
2 people
  1. 1 cupSabudana
  2. 2medium size potatoes boiled and cut into small pieces
  3. 2green chillies slit
  4. 1small ginger
  5. 2 green chilies crushed together
  6. 1 sprigcurry leaves
  7. 1/4 cuppeanuts crushed
  8. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  9. 2 Tbspghee
  10. As RequiredGarnish with lime wedges and coriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

Preparation time-2 hrs, Cooking time -30 mins

    Soak Sabudana for 2 hours in 1.5 cup water

    In a wok heat ghee and add cumin seeds, when it splutters add ginger-green chilli crushed, curry leaves and stir for 2 mins.

    Add boiled and cut potatoes and stir for 3 mins.

    Add crushed peanuts and stir for 1 min. Add Sabudana and stir for 3-4 mins

    In between sprinkle little water and cover after stirring for 2-3 mins

    Add slit green chilies, chopped coriander leaves, salt and lime juice. Stir once and set aside

  7. 7

    Garnish with coriander leaves and enjoy with Papad and yogurt on sides
