Ingredients

45 minutes
3 to 4 person
  1. For boil Daal
  2. 250 gramDaal Mash
  3. 1 tbspoil
  4. For Masala
  5. 1onion paste
  6. 1 tspGinger paste
  7. 1 tspGarlic paste
  8. 2tomato paste
  9. 4-5red chilli button
  10. 4green chilli chopped
  11. 1 tspkasuri meethi
  12. Dry spices
  13. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  14. 1 tspzeera powder
  15. 1 tspcoriander powder
  16. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  17. 1/2 tspchicken powder
  18. 1/2 tspGaram Masala powder
  19. Salt to taste
  20. 1/2 cupoil
  21. 1/2lemon juice
  22. Green coriander leaves chopped
  23. Tarka
  24. 1 tbspbutter
  25. Green and red chilli chopped
  26. Ginger Julian cut

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and clean the Daal Mash and soak for 1 hour.

    Take a pressure cooker add Daal Mash, water and boil remove the skim add 1 tbsp oil.

    Take a karahi add oil, onion paste and red chilli button and stir fry then add ginger garlic paste and stir fry.

    Add tomato cubes, all dry spices, green chilli, kasuri meethi and mix well.

    Bhonify the masala then add boil Daal Mash and mix well. Then add green coriander leaves.

    Add lemon juice and mix well.

    Take a frypan add butter, red chilli, green chilli, Julian cut ginger and stir fry.

    Pour on to the Daal Mash.

    Delicious 😋 Tarka Daal Mash is ready to serve with garma garam tandoori Roti or Naan 😋.
