Ingredients

20 minutes
2-3 persons
  1. 2 cupwheat flour
  2. 1/2 cupBajri flour
  3. 1 cupchopped fresh fenugreek (methi) leaves
  4. 2 tablespoonoil or homemade malai
  5. 1/4 cupcurd
  6. 1 tablespoongreen chili garlic paste
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  9. 1 teaspoonred Chilli powder
  10. 1 tablespooncrushed jaggery
  11. 1.teaspoon sesame seeds
  12. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    In a mixing bowl take wheat flour and bajri flour. Add oil or malai and mix well.

    Add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, sesame seeds, green chili garlic paste, curd, jaggery and chopped fenugreek leaves.

    Combine all ingredients well and knead little soft dough with required amount of water.

    Make equal size balls from it. Roll out on a greased plastic sheet with oil. You can also roll out by dusting flour. Cook both sides on tawa with oil. Enjoy with green chutney, curd or achar.
