Panchmel Daal is a traditional Rajasthani lentil recipe which is also called panchratna or panchkuti daal .
Panchmel Daal is a simple and nutritious fusion of five different types of protein rich lentils. The healthy and thick textured Daal prepared with this recipe has nicely balanced flavour of spices without tomato. ( Unfortunately I have no black daal mash you can also add this Daal )
