Ingredients

  1. as required Few chopped almonds few black raisins
  2. 1/2 cupsuji
  3. 1/2 cupoil
  4. 1/2 cupDesi ghee
  5. 1 cupbesan
  6. pinchCardamom powder
  7. 1 cupwater
  8. As taste Sugar

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a kadai add ghee than add besan and Suzi and toast properly untill aroma arises add carodamom pawder

  2. 2

    Now as it turns golden brown add sugar keep mixing

  3. 3

    Now add water and keep continuously mixing to avoid lumps add more water if required

  4. 4

    Cook for 2 minutes...cover it and switch of flame

  5. 5

    Now add halwa in serving bowl garnish it with chopped almonds and black raisins and enjoy garma garam besan ka halwe
