Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1/2 cupragi/ finger millet/nachini flour
  2. 1/2 cupsooji/ barik rawa
  3. 1/2 cupcurd
  4. 1/2 cupwarm water
  5. Salt to taste as required
  6. 1 tspeno fruit salt
  7. Coconut -green corainder chutney as required

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In mixing bowl add ragi flour,sooji and curd. Mix well.

  2. 2

    Add warm water and make lump free idli batter. Keep aside covered for 5 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add eno fruit salt and mix gently. Pour laddleful of prepared ragi idli batter in greased idlis mould.

    Steam cook for 12 minutes in cooker.

  5. 5

    Serve Relish Delicious Nutritious Hot Ragi Idli with Coconut -, Green corainder leaves chutney in Breakfast with hot tea or coffee.
