Ingredients

  1. 2 tbspoil
  2. 4 clovegarlic (finely chopped)
  3. 1green chilli(finely chopped)
  4. 2 tspspring onion (finely chopped)
  5. 1carrot (finely chopped)
  6. 3 tbspcabbage (finely chopped)
  7. 5beans finely chopped
  8. 4 cupswater
  9. 2 tspsoy sauce
  10. 1 tspvinegar
  11. 1 tspchilli sauce
  12. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  13. 1 tspsugar
  14. 1 tspSalt
  15. 2 tspfinely chopped coriander leaves (optional)
  16. For cornflour slurry
  17. 2 tspcornflour
  18. 1/4 cupwater

Cooking Instructions

    First in a deep wok or kadhai heat 2 tbsp of oil and add chopped garlic and green chilli. Saute for 1 minute.

    Now add all the chopped vegetables (mentioned above), 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder. Saute for 2-3 minutes until veggies are half cooked. Then add 1 tsp vinegar. Mix well.

    Now add four cups of water and bring it to boil.

    Now add 2 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp chilli sauce, 1 tsp sugar. Mix well and let it boil for 5 minutes until flavour is absorbed well.

    Now prepare the cornflour slurry by mixing 2 tsp with 1/4 cup of water. Now pour that cornflour slurry into the soup and mix well.

    Continue to boil the soup for another 2-3 minutes or until the soup thickens slightly. Now add 2 tsp of freshly chopped coriander leaves to the soup and stir well. Then turn off the flame.

    Now it's ready to serve. Enjoy the piping hot soup.
