  1. 2 cuprice
  2. 1 cupbeans
  3. 4fresh tomatoes medium
  4. 4fresh pepper medium
  5. 1onion bulb medium
  6. 2 tablespooncrayfish (blended)
  7. 1/2 cupvegetable oil
  8. 1small piece ginger
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 3cube maggi

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and blend tomatoes,pepper and ginger

    Wash and cut onion thinly

  3. 3

    Get a clean pot place on heat add water then wash beans and add allow to boil for 30,then add rice allow to boil for 15 min

  4. 4

    Wash and drain rice and beans

  5. 5

    Rinse same pot place back on heat add oil allow to heat for 2 min then add onion,blended ingredient stir for 5 min

  6. 6

    Add water then crayfish,salt and maggi allow to boil for 5 min

  7. 7

    Then add the rice and beans stir together allow to boil untill the water dries up

  8. 8

    Jallof rice and beans is ready so delicious.
