  4. 1/2 cupSweetened Condensed Milk

    Start by extacting the mango pulp.

    In a pan, heat ghee on medium flame.

    Add the mango pulp and desiccated coconut. Mix well and cook for 1–2 minutes.

    Stir in milk powder. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.

    Pour in sweetened condensed milk and stir continuously, cooking the mixture until it thickens and starts to leave the sides of the pan (about 5–7 minutes).

    Sprinkle cardamom powder and mix once more. Turn off the heat and let it cool a little.

    While warm, grease your palms, take small portions, and roll into ladoos.

    Roll each ladoo in desiccated coconut to coat evenly. Serve and enjoy ✨
