Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlChana jor
  2. 1medium tomato, finely chopped
  3. 2green chilli,finely chopped
  4. 1medium onion, finely chopped
  5. 1 tbspfresh coriander leaves, chopped
  6. Juice of 1 lemon
  7. 1 tablespoonrosted cumin seeds powder
  8. 1/2 tspdried mango powder(amchur)
  9. 1/2 tspcoriander cumin seeds powder
  10. black salt to taste
  11. 1 tspchat masalo
  12. 1/2 tspkashmiri Red chilli powder
  13. 1 tbspred spicy chutney (made by grinding Red chillies, garlic salt,water)
  14. 1 tbspgreen chutney (made by coriander & mint leaves,lemon,salt &:water)
  15. 1 tbspsweet Chutney
  16. 2 tbspnylon sev
  17. For garnishing:
  18. Chopped coriander leaves,lemon slices,nylon sev

Cooking Instructions

    In a large container, combine chana jor with salt to taste, chaat masala, amchur powder, red chili powder, roasted cumin powder, coriander cumin powder, and rock salt powder. Mix thoroughly.

    Top it with red, green, and sweet chutneys, chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilies, coriander, and a squeeze of lemon juice. Mix well, and just before serving, add nylon sev and toss. Serve right away !

    Garnish the Chana Jor Bhalla Chaat with nylon sev, coriander leaves, and a lemon wedge, and serve immediately for a delightful experience.
