Ingredients

  1. 5 spoonarhar dal (toor dal)
  2. 5moong dal
  3. 5 spoonmasur dal
  4. 3 spoonblack urad dal
  5. 4chana dal
  6. 5 spoonmoong chelka dal
  7. 2 spoonwhite urad dal
  8. To tastesalt
  9. 1/4 spoonturmeric
  10. 1/4 spoongaram masala
  11. 8,9kali garlic
  12. In inch ginger
  13. 1onion(finally chopped)
  14. 2tomato (finally chopped)
  15. 2green chilli (finally chopped)
  16. 4 spoonoil
  17. 1/4 spooncumin seeds
  18. Pinchhing

Cooking Instructions

    Clear all the dal, wash and put in a pressure cooker, add 6 cup water and salt, turmeric and close the pressure cooker and 4 wissle.

    In a pan add oil, cumin seeds, hing, ginger, green chilli, garlic till it get golden brown.

    Add the tomato, salt and burn it.

  4. 4

    Add the masala in a pressure cooker and mix it.

  5. 5

    Now, ready to eat with chapatti and rice.
