Easier version of melting moments because cookie machine was failing me.
Cooking Instructions

Pre heat oven at 180 and grease your baking pan

Cream together butter and icing sugar
- 3
Follow with adding flour and continue mixing.

The mixture will be a bit crumbly but don't panic, form a ball then roll it on floured surface, if it is sticky try putting the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes then roll.

Use a cutter of your choice to get desired shapes

Bake for 15 minutes until well baked or golden brown.

Cool them first on the baking pan then remove to completely cool on wire rack. You can drizzle chocolate ganache if you desire to decorate.

These peanut butter cookies are amazing! I think these are better than my other recipe. They are soft and chewy. Tip: bang cookie tray on counter 3 times and let them cool Halfway. Do not eat them straight away because they won't have as much depth in flavor. The cookies are best eaten slightly warm. Enjoy :)Makes 16 cookies. I put 8 servings because your going to want more than one ;p

My favorite chocolate chip cookie. Use any jello you like. My last batch was made with cheesecake jello pudding mix. Choose your pan based on what style of cookie you like. Up here in the Pac NW a stone gives me a cookie that raises but doesn't spread. I prefer a flat cookie on a metal sheet but I add a minute of cook time for an air sheet.
