Ingredients

  2. 1 cupcurd
  3. 2potatoes boil
  4. 1onion
  5. 1 tspn ginger paste
  6. 1 tbspnchana dal
  7. 1 packetblue packet
  8. to tasteSalt,
  9. to tastered chilli powder
  10. 1 spring,curry patta,
  11. 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  12. 1 tsp,turmeric powder,
  13. 1 tspchat masala

Cooking Instructions

    Sabse pehle ek bowl me semolina,curd dal ke mix karein.15mnt ke liye side me rakh de.

    Ab ek pan me oil dale.usme mustard seeds and curry patta aur chanadal dale.jab crackle ho jaye tb isme onion and ginger paste dale 2mnt saute karein.

    Flame medium par rakhe ab isme sare spices add karein to taste stir karein.

    Ab isme boil ptato dale ache se mix karein 4-5 mnt cook karein ke flame off kar de.

    Ab semolina mixture me salt dale as required pani mila ke thick better ready karein. Ab isme eno mila ke gently mix karein.

    Ab idli mould ko thora oil lagake grease karein

    Ab mould me 1 spoon semolina mixture dale phir potato mixture dale.phir ek spoon Semolina mixture dale.sbhi idli aise hi ready karein.

    Ab oven me idli stand rakhe aur 3-4 mnt ka timer lgaye.

    Idli ko serving plate par nikale.

    Ready hai stuffed idli.ise sause ya kisi bhi chutney ke sath serve karein.serve hot.enjoyyy
