Cooking Instructions

Knead a soft dough using wheat flour, maida, turmeric, salt and jeera. Add a tablespoon of dahi if you like. And keep it to rest for 1 hour atleast.

For stuffing mix all ingredients mention above except of oil and mash it using potato masher so you will get nice soft stuffing.

Once both are ready make equal size balls of both. Just streach a dough in hand. Put stuffing in it and close it and gently make chapati of it. Once its done roast it on tawa from both sides. Brush oil on sides to make it little crisp.
