Ingredients

  1. For Stuff baati
  2. 3cup-Wheat flour
  3. 1 cup-Suji
  4. Salt -as per taste
  5. 1/4 tspAjwain
  6. Ghee- moyan ke liye
  7. 1/2 tsp- baking powder
  8. Stuffing ke liye-
  9. Chopped potatoes- 3 medium size
  10. 1/2cup- Matar
  11. 1 pinch-Hing-
  12. 1/4 tspJeera
  13. Salt -as per taste
  14. Red chilli powder- as per taste
  15. 1/2 tsp- turmeric powder
  16. 2 tsp-Dhaniya powder
  17. 1/2-tsp Amchoor powder
  18. 1/2 tspChat masala
  19. For daal
  20. 1/4 cupurad daal
  21. 1/4 cupchana daal
  22. 1/2tsp- turmeric powder
  23. Salt - as per taste
  24. Chilli powder- as per taste
  25. 1/4 tsp- garam masala
  26. 1pinch- hing
  27. 1/4 tsp- jeera
  28. 2tsp- ghee

Cooking Instructions

    ATA, suji Chan le. Isme namak, ajwain, baking powder ache SE Mila le. Ghee ka moyan laga le. Aur gungune Pani SE Puri ki Tarah tight ata ghunth ke 10 minutes ke liye dhak ke rakh de.

    Ab stuffing ke liye alu matar ki sabji banayenge.
    Pan me oil le ke hing jeera dalenge.hing jeera ho jaye to alu matar daal ke amchur powder,chat masala ko chod ke sab masala daal ke pakaye.sabji ke Pak Jane ke Baad amchoor powder Aur chat masala daale. Sabji thandi kar ke mess kar Le.

    Ab ate ki chotti chotti loi bana ke use daba ke sabji stuff kar ke band karein. is Tarah sab loi me stuffing Karein.

    Oven ko 180 degree PE preheat kar ke 20 minutes same temperature PE bake Karein.
    Stuff baati tayar Hai.

    Dono daal ko Le ke namak haldi daal ke 2cup Pani daal ke cooker me whistle le le.

    Daal boil ho jaye to pan me ghee Le hing jeera Aur red chilli powder ka chouk bana ke daal me Dale. Aur garam masala daal ke milaye.

    Garam garam stuff baati (chahe to ghee me dip kar ke) ko daal ke sath serve Karein.
