Ingredients

  1. 1 cupBesan
  2. 1 cupPalak
  3. 1 tspGreen mirch chopped
  4. 1/4 tspAjwain
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 3-4Peppercorns
  7. 1/4 tspSoda
  8. 1/4 tspCrushed coriander seeds
  9. 1/4 tspSugar
  10. 1 pinchHaldi
  11. Oil to fry

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and chop palak.

  2. 2

    In a bowl mix all ingredients.

  3. 3

    Make batter by adding very little water.

  4. 4

    Heat oil and put spoonful of batter one by one

  5. 5

    Fry it on medium hot oil till crispy and golden.

  6. 6

    Serve hot with choice of ur chutney/ketchup / tea/ coffee.
