Ingredients

  1. 1 cupFresh methi
  2. 1 cupWheat flour
  3. 1/4 cupBesan
  4. 1/4 cupBajra flour
  5. 1 tspGarlic chilli paste
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1/4 tspSaunf
  8. 1/4 tspTill
  9. 1/4 tspAjwain
  10. 1/4 tspSugar
  11. 1/4 tspHaldi
  12. 1/4 tspRed chilli powder
  13. 1 tbspOil
  14. 1 tbspGhee/oil to apply

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and chop methi leaves.

    Mix all ingredients and knead soft dough.

  3. 3

    Roll out thin theplas and cook by applying ghee/oil on both sides.

  4. 4

    Make all and serve with yogurt /chutneys /papad/pickles/tea/coffee. Ur choice of taste.
