  1. 1 cupMatar or peas
  2. 1 cupChopped methi
  3. 3Green chillies
  4. 1Tomato
  5. 5-6Cashew nuts
  6. 1Inch stick Cinnamon
  7. Cloves2
  8. 1 tspMalai or cream -
  9. 1 pinchGaram masala -
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. 1 tbspOil
  12. 2 tbspPoppy seeds
  13. 2Cardamom

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the methi and green peas with one cup of water and salt.

    .Drain the water and keep aside.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a pan, add cinnamon,cardamom and cloves and saute.

  4. 4

    Blend the green chillies, cashew nuts,tomato and poppy seeds to make a paste.

  5. 5

    Add the paste in a pan and saute for 3-4 mins

  6. 6

    When the oil separate from the spices add methi, peas and malai and stir continuously.

  7. 7

    Add garam masala and salt.

  8. 8

    Serve it.
