Ingredients

4 people
  1. 1/2 kgboiled baby potatoes
  2. 2mid size tomatoes
  3. 2mid size onions
  4. 2-3green chilli
  5. 10-15 clovesgarlic
  6. 1/2 inchgingerbread
  7. 1/2 cupfresh cream/malai
  8. 1/4 cupmilk
  9. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  10. Whole garam masala
  11. 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  12. 2 tspkasoori methi
  13. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  14. 2 tspred chilli powder
  15. 2 tspcoriander powder
  16. to tasteSalt
  17. Oil to fry

Cooking Instructions

    Deep Fry all peeled off baby potatoes till golden yellow.

    Make a paste of tomato and green chilli.

  3. 3

    Make a paste of ono,garlic and ginger.

  4. 4

    In a pan hot 2 tbsp oil and add cumin seeds till crackled.

  5. 5

    Now add whole garam masala.

  6. 6

    Now add onion garlic paste and cook for 2-3 mins

  7. 7

    Now add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt and again cook for 2-3 mins.

    When it leaves the oil add tomato paste and cook for 2 mins.

    Now add milk and cream and cook for 1-2 mins.

    Now add garam masala powder and crushed kasoori methi and mix them well and turn off the heat.

    Now place all fried potatoes in a serving bowl and on potatoes pour the gravy.

    Your tasty and spicy “Damm Aaloo” is ready. Serve it with chapati, naan or rice😋😋
