Ingredients

  1. 4 cupwheat flour
  2. 1 cupghee
  3. 1 cuppowdered sugar
  4. 7-8 Cashew chopped pcs
  5. 1/4 cupRaisin
  6. 7-8 pcsAlmond chopped
  7. 10-15 pcsPistachio chopped
  8. 3-4Green elaichi powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat the ghee in a pan or kadai add wheat flour and green elaichi powder stir fry till golden brown in slow flame for 5-6 min

  2. 2

    Then add powder sugar stir fry for another 2 min

  3. 3

    Then remove from the kadai pour the mixture into plate add all chopped nuts

  4. 4

    Then make small small ladoo

  5. 5

    It's tasty and healthy ladoo
