Cooking Instructions

Wash your chicken meat into a clean pot, add all your spices, stock cube and vinegar and set aside for 10 minutes.

Plate on heat and allow to steam.

When its properly steamed pick each piece, drop it on an iron sieve, pour a small quantity of vegetable oil on them, place the sieve over hot coal, watch and turn over the meat to avoid burning.

Serve with any meal of your choice.
